Children are welcomed everywhere and the locals are always
friendly and helpful. Restaurant's food is delicious
and served in huge quantities. Most restaurants have charcoal
grills, turning out some of the best barbecued food you're ever
likely to taste, such as freshly caught fish, chicken piri-piri
and mouth-watering steaks and kebabs.

Praia da Rocha is the Algarves
best known and longest established resort, providing year-round
appeal. Its numerous bars, restaurants, night-clubs and souvenir
shops, spill out onto the long promenade and a first-class casino
is located right on the beach. Framed by ochre cliffs and lapped
by sheltered Atlantic waters you can find either long open sandy
beach or a number of small coves tucked under the cliffs.

immaculately manicured fairways make it the ideal destination for
a golfing holiday. There are several excellent golf courses
nearby, including Alto, Penina, Palmares, Morgado and two at
